DEVNEX Showcases Housing Innovation at AMO 2025

From August 16 to 19, DEVNEX Solutions proudly participated in the 2025 Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Conference in Ottawa, joining thousands of municipal leaders, council members, and policymakers from across the province.

At this year’s event, DEVNEX, in partnership with LandLogic, hosted a booth that highlighted the Ontario Decentralized Rehousing (ODR) initiative and our suite of housing delivery and development management solutions. The showcase attracted strong interest from municipal representatives seeking scalable, data-driven pathways to address the housing supply gap.

Throughout the conference, DEVNEX demonstrated how its integrated ecosystem, combining GIS intelligence (LandLogic), standardized multiplex design models, and innovative financing and delivery frameworks, can empower municipalities to accelerate gentle density and local housing creation.

The discussions reinforced a shared goal among attendees: building more homes, faster, while ensuring sustainability, affordability, and community alignment.
